Rant I go to co-working space. It is an open floor plan. 1 dude out of 50 use Mechanical Keyboard. Throughout the day he keep typing vigorously on his keyboard. I’ve no idea what point he’s trying to make by using Mechanical Keyboard in Library like setting?
Lmao I use a load ass mechanical keyboard because it feels nice and I like the sound when I type. But this dude bringing it to a coworking space feels just rude and hilarious.
I use a mechanical at home, but it'd be annoying as hell to deal with that at work.
Lol the only mech keyboards used in an office should be brown or black switches. If he is in there with like fucking blues or something, I’d be super annoyed.
I need some cherry MX extra blues. TAK TAK TAK TAK
Did this person also microwave beans and fish?
You can buy noise cancelling headphones if it bothers you that much.
There’s something called as public space etiquettes. In silent places you don’t use noisy keyboards.
What is next people take calls quietly in public places?
That’s annoying as AF.
Whoever use mechanical keyboard in the public is a either psychopath or sociopath

They feel better to touch
I get it. But there’s something called as public place etiquette. It’s not 1950s that everyone is used to hearing typewriter sound.
They make ones that aren't so loud. Cherry MX browns or blacks are quiet but still feel nice
