Hhkb
Hhkb is great, I have the silent version and use it every day at work. The only down side is that you can’t switch in your key caps. I like a hhkb clone that can take standard key caps
Just about anything with brown or red switches - blues are usually too clicky for most offices. Try a few at a retail shop. I use an old Razer Blade Tournament Stealth but I'd get a Drevo or one of the other cheaper brands if I needed to replace it.

Don't even think... Your co-workers will hate you.
There are plenty of silent switches that are fine. Cherry brown, zilents, hhkb silent, etc will cause no problems.
There are (really) quite models. Corsair has one.
Go with blue if you hate open spaces to protest
Reddit has a good sticky on this, here's a good one. IKBC MF108 V.2 RGB Mechanical Keyboard with Cherry MX Red Switch, Black CNC Aluminum Case and Black PBT Double Shot Keycaps
Ikcb makes quality stuff. A little heavier, but only because they give you a metal keyboard instead of some cheap plastic like most places. I’ve had mine for a few years and I love it. I have about 12 mechanical keyboards
