Hi everyone this is the offer for Medallia’s Senior Software Engineer (focused on Front-End), the role is 100% remote but the overall offer especially the stocks seem to be very low. I am concerned about future growth and job security there as they are already not willing to negotiate at all. Base: $173k RSUs: $15k over 3 years Annual Bonus: 8% YOE: 6 I am still on the fence since I have better offers at pre-IPO companies from stock perspective but would love to hear what others think? TC: $150K

Profit sharing on quarterly basis depends on how company is doing, nothing is guaranteed
But what about the “target bonus” that they call? I was told history has been that 10% is always given.
Not true! There’s not an annual bonus program in Medallia - words from HR leader. What’s real is profit sharing.

By any chance you meant 15k RSUs? If not, you should pass on that RSU grant
