First, Intel CEO laid off 12,000 employees (mostly old employees) 2. He then established racist quota-based diversity hiring initiative (1st in silicon valley), but diverse employees keep leaving the company voluntarily anyway. 3. He then created a program to retain these diverse employees. Through this program, he also learned that many white and asian men that he discriminates are leaving the company as well. Mind boggling to me, the same article choose him (Intel CEO) as #1 of America top 100 corporate citizen. The writer's logic is so fucked up. Lazy too; should have at least interviewed the impacted non-diverse employees or at least read the glassdoor reviews. Now other tech companies follow Intel's racist diversity initiative. I am a liberal. But I am sick of this bullshit. Out of my ~10 intel colleagues ("inner circle"), 5 left due to this initiative. 1 white man and 4 asian men. Enough is enough.
Well said OP. Call out racism where you see it even if it’s not politically correct to say it. These SJWs need to be schooled in true equality of opportunity (and not equality of outcome) and taught a lesson. Should we create a wall of shame spreadsheet of worst SJW offenders to shame them?

Maggie McGrath ( writer of the article ) has obviously not done her homework. I have never seen the morale so low nor seen so many people talk openly of leaving. I got a kick out of the comment about the warm line...I tried to contact the warm line and I can guarantee that it was NOT confidential and I that it was of NO use. How much longer can this PR crap coming from the MCM continue. Did you read the article on Circuit? Who are these BOZO'S who give these glowing responses to these articles?
Remember that all these magazines rely on marketing from the companies they report about. The amount of rosy articles about Microsoft in any magazine edition is directly proportional to the number of ads for the Microsoft cloud in the next edition. No shame at all.
SAP jumped in the bandwaggon too. I talked to the director of the diversity and inclusion program. According to her it’s only discrimination of the white supremacy that we live in that keeps the diverse people away... and first priority is of course equality of outcome and not equality of opportunity. Communist utopia here we come..

MSFT has a big diversity push. We have to interview one women and one racial minority before extending most offers. We also have no headcount limit on those hires in engineering.
And lots of people are leaving due to this also, mainly the good technical people.
No limit wow.. At least intel made up the term "market availability" Certain groups went as far as recruited only from historically black colleges.
