Medtronic Long Process or Ghosted?

I applied for a Project Manager postion at Medtronic in August. I saw my status change to “pending consideration” in October. In the first week of January, their project coordinator scheduled a phone screen interview with the hiring manager. I’ve followed up several times with the coordinator for a status update and no response. I’ve read several hiring reviews on Medtronic that points to a long process 4-6months + or being ghosted.
