Lets say you are interviewing around and applied to a company that hasn’t gotten back to you. They probably haven’t gotten back to you because they havent reached your resume, but you would like to expedite things because you are currently in talks. Would it be normal to reach out directly to the recruiter on linkedin? They messaged me a few months ago.
Go get what you want. Sitting around waiting won't do anything for you
Doesn’t seem like there’s anything wrong? “Hey x, I am looking for opportunities in X, would you mind connecting and I can send you my CV? Curently a java dev at y, have z years of experience”
Reach out; take action. Think about the process like its a sales funnel
I wouldn’t recommend massaging them. Sounds horrible. Maybe give them a spa gift card?
At the least, a fruit basket 🙄
