Base is pretty good. I’ve seen offers that go as high as 850-900K stocks, but this was before layoffs.
My recent E5 offer was for 875k in stock. Helped that I had a competing offer though.

Bug free is more important at Meta, optimal solution is better but usually not hard requirement

Pretty standard for E5. My E5 offer a few years back was 200k/550k/15% Refreshers are way better at Meta and the internal tools are way better. Better culture. Definitely do it.
Your Amazon TC is HV3 or first time TT L6's. You will see a very steep cliff soon so making a move now is logical. In the long term it will be a net gain

Don’t join the privacy org. Also one thing to look out for is team demographics. Don’t join a team with skewed demographics. You’ll regret

I was in one of the privacy orgs and affected by the april layoffs. Atleast my team was Chinese dominated like 90% and they were not inclusive. I had a difficult time to get impactful projects and to get good reviews. So watch out.
