500K + 100k signon + 175k meet refresh + faster E6 track.
Does high TC compared to level generally mean faster track to next level? I’d think it’s more of “first PIP candidate” and “that E5 we should milk the most out of yet without granting a promotion to”
Manager only knows your base salary. The expectation for you is the same for other E5s. A different story when it comes to lay offs that your TC to performance ratio matters.
