Meta NG team match
Hi, I am in the team matching phase for a new grad position at Meta. I just received these three options from HR. It seems that currently most of the hiring teams are monetization teams. But I am not sure whether I can survive since I only had one internship experience (full stack) previously. I also do not have experience in infra. So I am wondering if I should avoid infra teams. Teams options: 1. Click-To-Messaging Ads - Lead Outcomes Pillar: Monetization - Business Messaging 2. Ads Serving Infra Privacy Platform Pillar: Monetization Infra 3. Monetization Incubation Infra Pillar: Monetization Infra Any suggestions from Metamates? I mostly consider job security as a new grad on a visa. YOE: 0 TC: 0 Update: added CAA Authentication Growth, AI infra, Instagram. Any suggestions? #tech #meta #teammatching

I have no idea. I think it has bad WLB.
It’s weird that NG roles are open but E4-5 are still closed
what questions do they ask during team match?
What did you think of the authentication growth team? Also, what did you end up choosing?
What did you do to prep for Meta interviews?
I practice LC questions and behavioral questions as well.
