Google hasn’t had their second round yet, Meta has. More likely to get laid off at google at this point

If you like working hard and shipping stuff regularly, Meta. Otherwise Google.
The pay difference between Google L5 and Meta E6 is ASTRONOMICAL. It could be more than double due to higher equity offering and AE at Meta. But performing as an E6 at Meta is not easy.
