Meta Verified Customer Support Is the Worst Service I’ve Ever Gotten

30 days ago, my Facebook account was hacked. The hacker removed all of the relevant connections, (email, phone, insta, etc) and I no longer have access to the emails used to log in. I have been through ALL of the help sections, submitted ID according to their specifications, and have gotten nothing but quite literally ignored by Meta Verified Support. As a matter of fact, just last night when I asked a question to “Ak” via chat about my ID and why it wasn’t accepted and what I could do to ensure it does get accepted, he simply closed out the chat window on me. Additionally, I have been told from other support members to basically “we don’t service hacked accounts”, “next time use better security”, on top of the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. When I say I’ve done all of the things to get my account back, I mean it. I have done ALL the things. Used the wizard, used their links to report it as hacked, used a brand new email to send a code, used Meta Verified, reached out to them via email only to get the conversations closed out or completely ignored. I have never been so disrespected by a company in my life, especially one I’ve been giving money to for years. At this point in my struggle I have considered applying to work for customer support to create change, work my way up the ranks, remove the horrible personnel working there and train the good ones, speaking with a legal team to at least open up discovery as to why they treat their consumers this way, or just getting a plane ticket to fly there so they can see my face and verify it’s me with their eyes and give me my account back. I am out of options. My dad passed away in 2015 and I just want the memories of him back. I don’t ask for much. I’m a father and a husband, I’m not anything special here. Outside of trying everything, what’s left for me to try? At this point it seems like they don’t care (they sure project that), and I’ve been told that they make fun of people like me during work. Try contacting a meta employee. They can help you out. There’s a portal where they can raise issues like this internally

How can I do that? I’m willing to work with them on this no problem, it just doesn’t seem reciprocated. Any help would be great!!
