Meta is laying more off than they say in news. Cutting back bonuses. Cutting back on budgets and food costs. Soon they will eliminate the free food programs and charge small amount. Anyone seeing it in other places? Cuts are to start heavy again in coming month or 2

The free food cost has to be three digit millions annually. Get rid of it or start charging and they could probably save at least a few hundred/low thousands jobs.
I doubt it. Even if 10k employees come in everyday on average @$20/day that's $200k everyday. For 250 working days, that's $50m a year. And I don't think 10k employees come in everyday. But yeah getting rid of that would save 200 jobs. Might impact employee morale though 😅
10k employees coming in every day will drop to 5k
