What kind of role..? Seems like a team specific or agency specific kinda thing. I’m a contractor SWE through a different one and my experience is way different. My performance isn’t strictly tracked, nobody cares about start time or end time, my time isnt even really tracked I just submit the 40 hours at the end of the week. Full remote. Access to normal benefits if I do go on-site. No issues at all
