put the parents who give smartphones to their teen kid in jail🤷🏽♂️
Would be pretty funny if meta counter sued the parent for allowing their kid to break the rules
US laws put obligation in customer/parent to do the right thing first. Outside US, regulators just see companies with deep pockets the way to fund their lifestyles. At the end, nothing changes for the affected ones. Example, Irish DPA fines Byte dance by making shyte up regarding children and citing GDPR. News: GDPR doesn’t even have anything age specific
Private messaging is a feature yes. Billions of people use it, including bad people.
If it would be really “private” then how did you gain the statistics
Thanks zuck
*pedo sends a dick pic* "You just got Zucked!"
Every metamate rn: 🤭🤭🤭🤭🤭 oops
good thing we gave up our rights to have the NSA protect them...oh
Meta: we do not allow people under 13 to use Instagram Apple: my 12 year received a bad message request in their Instagram, I'm going to sue you for allowing my child to violate your policy. Fake news: Meta allows harassment
@apple you’re being sensationalist. What exactly makes Meta inherently dangerous? Why don’t you tell us how many kids are sexually harassed on iMessage each day?
iphone started it
Issue is ppl and docs knew it was happening but they let it continue, sad soulless demons…
Sheryl Sandberg, ladies and gentlemen.
