Lets say my current base as e4 is 180k and 100k RSU per year. (Which I think it's pretty top band for Seattle) If I get promoted, what types of comp increase should I expect? 1) Refresher target? 2) Bonus percentage? 3) Base increase? 4) One time stock award?
That has to be absolutely top band for e4. I’m making 200k base pay as e5 and get 175k RSU refreshers. Back when I joined as e4 you only got like 320-350k not 400k Bonus percentage is 15% for both e4 and e5
What was the breakdown? With 180k base and 100k stocks, the TC is only 300k though. How are people getting even 350k
I don’t think a lot of people are getting 350k as e4. 280-300k is more likely even for high band. They may be counting stock appreciation.
