Do you know how to find out for laid off folks if they were marked as regrettable or non regrettable attrition and how does this affect interview process? Ex: non regrettable- won’t interview for X months/etc. With 45 mins interview loop: will there be a new job offer money wise? Could you only go back to the same level?
