I'm not in any of those cities, will they still consider me?
Only if you want to relocate
Would you refer non tech role?
Yes
Can I still send for other Ic4 roles (full stack)?
Is IC3 hiring at Meta completely blocked? Laid off new grad last November during orientation trying to get back in.
Is Meta hiring fully remote for senior roles?
RTO is the “flavor of the month” so I would expect to see less remote opportunities
I agree. Recruiter told me the policy is you have to be at meta for 18 months to be eligible, but I’d heard conflicting reports I wouldn’t be surprised if the remote option is gone in 18 months
Meta interview is leetcode memorization exam, I know guys who memorize leetcode for 6 month, by either quitting their job or slacking at their previous role. Some of the guys clear the interview only because they have already seen half of the question. Why meta discriminate people who don’t have 6 month to memorize leetcode?
Hate to ask, but why advertise? Do referrals make you extra cash?
If candidate joins Meta, op will get referral bonus
For win-win-win: Help a job hunter get their new job and help Meta fill the role. Referral bonus is icing on the cake (odds are low on these things anyway but once in while it works out)
