Can someone from Meta confirm?
Only on the day people that are actually laid off will know. How can anyone confirm?
Uhuk uhuk

The thing is that before the pandemic, we already had 10-15% of people underperform. When the pandemic hit, we paused ratings and were very lenient with low performers as people figure out how to adjust to covid and anxiety. Now that we don’t care about covid anymore, we are simply going back to performance reviews as they once were. No more coddling in this environment.
Let me correct it for you: We were lenient when stonk price was going to moon. Now, it’s taking a nosedive so we are back to reality
We were very lenient during the pandemic, and yes stock price was high then. Now we are back to reality, and there is less patience when the stock price is low. Honestly I just see it going back to pre-pandemic days. People hired during the pandemic and were chilling are about to be in for a shock.
Meta has high standard…this doesn’t seem crazy. Google does the same thing every year
Hmm saving my bucks.
