Do you mean on LinkedIn? Probably just means they had a stale linkedin, they made the decision to quit, and they timed updating their LinkedIn and giving notice so that they still get the February stock vest Another option is that a few of them were informally told by their managers this was happening before finalized. None of them were formally promoted at that time
