What about TPMs?
Look at the picture in the comments.
Any idea on legal?
No idea on Legal. Better ask the recruiter.
Is this paid at once in cash or spreader over 4 years?
RSU vested 25:25:25:25. Starts vesting immediately. 3 months period each
If it’s in RSU form, would they use the market price of the stock on certain day or the average price of a given period?
Can you also share all the performance ratings?
Performance multipliers for last year are irrelevant. We have new Performance multiplers. Perhaps someone else can share.
I mean whats beyond meets-all? Exceeds expectation? Are there more ratings?
Content 0.2 and user experience research 0.25 only? Now I know why fb sucks
Good you dodged a bullet
Are you just now learning that content designers don’t get paid as much as software engineers
HW gets shafted wow
Does ASIC includes in HW product engineering? It doesn’t sound like the same thing
In meta 'product engineering' is a fancy name for 'engineering'.
Thanks for sharing. Any idea on base salary ranges at each level?
Look up levels.fyi It varies greatly and depends on location
Also, how should we interpret the leveling? Eg is IC4 the level at which ppl join right after a masters degree?
The joining level is defined according to the onsite interview cycle performance (zero effect for screening interview). IC3 onsite loop is 3-4 coding + 1 behavioral. IC4-IC6 onsite loop is 3-4 coding + 1 system design + 1 behavioral. Ask your recruiter which loop you're in.
IC6 has two system design interviews
What is base pay hike range ?
The typical raise is 2%-3%. But this year it was was ~5% (3%-7%). Probably due to the inflation.
DS?
I think it's 0.6x
Same as DS I thought?
