Meta relocation package housing benefits

I heard meta relocation package provides benefits for buying or finding a house. One of them being that meta would cover closing costs on a house. Is that true? In California that could amount to a lot of money. What other benefits for finding or buying a house is there for relocating meta employees? Is there any reason not to take advantage of these benefits?
