Meta remote work policy
Can someone share what the remote work policy is at meta? Is it for any new hires? I’ve heard that you have to work at least 18 months in office and then you can be allowed to go remote. Does anyone know the approval process or if it’s difficult to obtain? Thinking of applying if remote prospects are good Is there any expected change to this policy? It is correct. I would assume you can get remote approved as long as u rated meets always.
