Companies tend to ask system design questions that are similar to the problems they work on, so I would read up as much as you can on Meta's tech stack and design. Their engineering blog probably has good info.
Your recruiter should send you entire lists of topics to cover. Highly recommend going through all of those. Probably should do 2-5 leetcode per question type. System design is harder to specifically prep for. If you're interviewing for Product, think more about full stack design. If you're going infrastructure, think more about distributed systems for large work loads. For example, Product is probably more interested in API design, how services integrate, how it will scale with users, the user experience, etc. For infrastructure, you'll probably have a simple but massive task that requires multiple computers to work together, so you'll need to load balance, minimize communication, ensure fault tolerance, etc.
