Meta trading restrictions on options

I think almost every company restricts its employees from trading derivatives of its own stocks. For others it is a fair game

yes for meta stock. Btw, are there any companies allowing employees trading derivatives for their stocks?

All companies offering employees RSU incentives restrict trading on options for their stock. Most employees don’t know it , till they are called by HR for their exit discussion due to not complying with insider trading rules. Shareholders want employees to not hedge the stock price, rather help to move it upward or take a hit in pay !
