Been there and done that…. choose Meta. The PIP Factory is a worse employee experience with lower overall rewards in terms of TC and no WLB but also a legacy tech stack.

Both sequentially first Facebook then Amazon….. during its boom crying at your desks years of fat paychecks. Now it’s the looking for an agile hotdesk, RTO, layoffs, PIP to the bone, no increase in paycheck attrition years.
