Just saw psc and I got a CME (meet all) rating. I worked my ass off last year. Every time I asked how I did my managers (changed three times) said I am doing great. If managers do their job it should be at least EE (45% of the people got it). I am E4 and going to E5 in 33 months a hard requirement. It is part of my fault I wasn’t explicit about promo and specific rating during 1 on 1 conversation and thought it came organically. Also I dont know if constant reorg and managers change a reason. I don’t know what to do now. Advice pleaseee TC: 350k yoe 5.5

Who are these retards asking for dictatorship in India?
Is that a bad rating?
I am Asian. Anything below an A a failure 😂. Just kidding no it isn’t bad. when it comes to promo, it is risky because people in THE room can push back I ain’t getting good rating last half.
Not risky. It’s unlikely the promo will go through. For promos they want you to be performing at the next level so has to be EE.
Welcome to corporate. Where working your ass off earns you an average pat on the back. I got a patent, and materially moved two research programs forward, and I got a thank you note
if managers tell you you’re doing great without more context then make them elaborate more or say im definitely not perfect is there something i can do better. Also bring up promo as a topic been there done that
Gotta post on workplace more. Even fit things you didn't do
😂 you went to meta and u still call it cme… get ready to get pip
Wut? That's the new nomenclature
No one calls it cme at meta, ex Meta.
CME meaning?
taking a guess ..its “consistently meets expectations “
