Hey @OP and @gEK I am expecting to get a FB offer next week. So wondering what how does the refresher looks like at L7 PM level? Also, you both seem to be at a much higher level, so could you please comment on TC expectation of $850K at L7 PM level? And would you suggest that I share this expectation with the recruiter before she goes to debrief on Monday next week? Because I want to set the high and close to my expectations and not allow her to low ball me. I really appreciate it! Thanks!

Am hoping to get an offer this week for a Director in the enterprise Engg org (IT org) but the numbers I see here are no where near what the recruiter mentioned as range. Is IT org salary way lower? What should I be expecting? @gEKD541 Thanks a ton for your help.

What is AE? Also you said 800k and 1.5M. Do you mean anywhere between 800k-1.5m or are they are different rating levels ? Are these refreshers expected at Yr 1-2 also? So if initial grant is 3.2m = 800k/yr and get another 800k/4yrs end of Yr1 then stacked Yr2 = 800k initial grant + 200k refresher = 1m Yr2 RSU ?
Additional equity - it's on top of the refreshers. A small % of employees get it, but as you go up the levels, it's a lot more common (have been getting it every year). Its VP discretion. One for D1 and the other for D2 Yes, every year and it stacks. Even if you were to join on the last day of the year you will immediately get a pro rated refresher (1/365 times the refresher amount)
