This question is likely more targeted towards Meta folks, but I have noticed a ton of advertisements for Meta’s VE headsets for video games, virtual reality and a number of other things. Based on what I have read, it seems like the oculus vr headsets could become to Meta what the IPhone is to Apple. But my broader question is, is Meta making a big jump into gaming market with the VR headsets, will they be a major player in this space and is the sales of these ve headsets becoming a material driver of revenues or are the sales at least growing at a rapid rate? I ask this because the Metaverse thing is kind of a broad thing to discuss and maybe a bit off, but it the ads are any indication it wouldn’t surprise me if the VR headsets are flying off shelves for gaming purposes. Any color around forecasts for this part of meta business and growth moving forward would be helpful.
Quest rocks. And it's only going to improve with each new iteration. But it's not a profit maker. It's being sold at break even price to promote ecosystem growth.
What's with quest pro? Meta messed up on that one. Awkward release strategy, price, advertising, leading to bad customer reviews. I don't think there will be many sales of the pro.
It's not expected to sell much. It has expensive tech which will become cheaper over time. It's a testing ground for new tech, and giving devs a chance to prepare for next set of features coming in Quest3. It's not marketed as a dev device but prosumer device, because st0nk market.

iPhone is something you can use for hours you together. A VR headset is not
Not in their current form. But VR glasses will absolutely replace the smartphone one day.
