I thought culture at T-Mobile was good enough, untill the new VP came. I wonder how free she is to poke in everyone’s work to see what every single person is doing on the team. During meetings she blabbers, starts making coffee or check mails or look into the phone while we will present. This is so annoying and disrespectful. My manager is a boot licker and he thinks by doing so he will be promoted and become VP soon🤣🤣 Team culture has become toxic and Senior leadership has no brains or respect. Anyone facing same issues in their teams? #Disrespectful #annoyed#culture #officelife #workplace
with the recent data breach get ready to be micromanaged more 🤣
It happened in 2018. I thought they increased security.
I had a similar problem with previous company. If VP/Directors are micromanaging, it's only gonna get worse as there are unrealistic expectations set on them by leadership. Best course of action for you is to leave since you are the most affected being on the bottom of food chain. Typically if deliveries aren't met and company is burning too through much money on initiatives like these, layoff rounds follow.

Seriously? Apple is DYING...These possible IPad updates are so boring *Yawn*
Yeah it happened to me. My manager just came from UBS Delta to BlackRock. She is a director and I was the only one report to her. I feel so much pressure working with her.
