Microsoft - Apply for positions in Portugal and Canada. Sponsorship

If you work at Microsoft in LATAM and: 1. You apply for a job in Portugal or Canada, does MS assist you with Visa? 2. You want to stay in the same role (available in these countries) but want to be transferred to one of these countries so you can move and receive salary in local currency. Is this possible?
