It depends on your manager. HR, however, does require managers to walk you out same day if you tell your manager that you are leaving for a competitor. Your manager submits the form that indicates your last day with access and last day of employment, along with reason for departure. Feel free to DM me for more details as well. Congrats!
Depends on your manager, but yes, since facebook is a direct competitor, it's likely you'll be walked out. So make sure you do everything that you need to do before mentioning it to your manager if you choose to tell them where you're going
If you tell your manager or skip the company, and the company is FB, G, AMZN, or a few others, they are obligated to “walk you out” that day. If you just say you are leaving without mentioning the company, they probably will not.
