Folks, how much is Microsoft refreshers and target bonus % for L63 (Hardware)? TC:160k #rsu #bonus #comp

Bonus is 0-30%, stocks are 0 - 44k. Target is middle of the range, so 15% bonus 22k stocks. If you're a great performer 120% - 160% of target is possible. Don't expect the top of the range (200% of target) unless you're an absolute rock star and your skip skip manager is praising your accomplishments.
