Anyone knows about MCIO (Microsoft Cloud & Infrastructure Operations) team? Received an onsite from this team. I like doing cloud stuff but not operations. If it is just about building some operation tools, then I will skip it. I am also interested in other facts like work load, promotions, compensations etc.
Skip it. You'll be lost in so many layers and all the politicking. Of course depends on the lvl and type of work, role you're interviewing for
Thanks! I am interviewing for a 62/61 software engineer
Objectively speaking "if you're crème", find something in Azure .. mcio is quite useless tbh - I deal with them everyday and they're happy building non essential tools that rarely work and publicize like they've solved world hunger.. good luck with whatever decision you make.
If you want to make a difference, l68 or higher.
Lol
Do they pay well ?
