That is correct.
They're a customer facing team, and depending on if you're in the "Dev Crews" or the "solution areas", the tech stack is all over the place and can change from customer project to customer project. Projects are usually about 3ish months long, and a bunch of the time its a ton of DevOps work, with then some coding in whatever language the customer uses.
