Microsoft Hiring Drive

Is it tough to get through Microsoft Hiring drives? I have one upcoming for Microsoft Azure Computing Team. Any idea how is the team? Is it tough to crack it? I have heard that Microsoft asks random LC hard or LC Medium and expects you to come up with a solution even if it is a very tough to be done during an interview. Is the bar high for Azure Computing Team? Current TC : 24LPA #microsoft
