Microsoft Hololens @ mtn view vs Amazon @ Socal?
Currently Working with Microsoft Hololens team for a dev position @ mtn view location. TC Unknown for now. Currently I am at Amazon @ Socal region. TC 190k. Would the switch be good? I know work life balance at MSFT is better than AMZN. But then location wise Socal is more chilled out than the bay area.

SoCal. Quality of life over at most 20% bump. Cost of living would make it a wash.
