Microsoft IC5 Salary?
I am shortlisted at Microsoft for a Senior Demand Planner role offered at IC5 in Austin, Texas. What are realistic salary expectations? Current Employer: Dell YOE: 15 TC: $150K
Definitely better than your current TC, but it depends on which level you land at. IC5 spans a few levels at MS. They don’t pay top of market though so unless you have competing offers you’ll have to negotiate blind and just push for the max you can find for your level on blind or levels.fyi
Dont expect crazy .. microsoft had an ordinary pay scale.. unless you have competing faang offers
