Microsoft IDC Work Life Balance
Hi blinders, I keep reading on Blind that MS has a great work life balance. Is this true for IDC as well? How many evening calls we have in general and what are the general time by when the day/ evening gets over. I am planning to join as SPM L64 but concerned about co-ordination with Pacific Time Zone. Most of my team and even my Reporting Manager sits out of Redmond. Current TC - 72 LPA MS Offer L64 - 1.2 Cr Thanks!
No I didn't have a counter. I was interviewed for L65 and then got l64 with this tc

Thats a great TC for L64. Did u have any counter offers OR they offered you this much based on your current TC ?
