Microsoft IDC or FB London
I'm in an awesome team at Microsoft with interesting projects. I got an offer from Facebook London but the team/project seems okayish. What should I do? I've an option to interview for Microsoft Redmond and move there once H1B/L1 visa starts. In a fix.. please help. I'm a bachelor btw and can move to any country. I have seen many people do it.. certainly easier than moving from IDC to US

Everyone wants to; no one does. Look at the GC backlog.
When did you interview at FB, OP? I hear they don't have HC for levels <E5 any more? I would suggest go & try FB. If you like it, you can move to FB US later on. You can always come back to India.
Long-term, go for US as the pay is more there compared to London and also I feel lifestyle, cost if living apart from growth aspects working at HQ are better there with lot of space. But then as you're a bachelor, just do anything on your way as you are already saying three promotions in 4yrs. If you need any help settling in London, DM me :-) all the best
