Please help me to consolidate all the perks provided by MS in India. I got an offer from MS and waiting for an offer from Google but I feel like G is going to lowball me. Blind tax Adobe tc: 63L MS tc: 75L Yoe 8

1. Health insurance: 5L +15k OPD + 10k dental/eye. Can include parents, spouse, children, in laws using flex points. Can increase limit by using flex points. 2. Cabs 3. 200rs for food per day sufficient to cover breakfast+lunch 4. Tea, coffee, juices, cold drink, lassi etc in pantry 5. 22k WFH setup reimbursement 6. 25k fitness reimbursement 7. On site gym, music room, indoor/outdoor games 8. 15k flex points can be used to top up health insurance, fitness reimbursement, else comes in bank account post tax. Onsite facilities for Bangalore office, but should be comparable/same for Hyderabad and Noida too. Replied assuming you are joining IDC, will be slightly different for IGD
