Microsoft L62 - How does the offer look?

Received offer for Solutions Specialist role in Europe (L62) - (translated the EUR rates in $ as most of people here work in the US...) Fixed Annual salary: 121k$/year Bonus on target: 59k$ (49% on target) Incentive plan: S7 - 49% - 37% RBI - Revenue Based Incentive x 5 and 12% CBI - Core priority Based Incentive x 3 Stock on Hire: 15k$ - First vesting of 25% at the end of year one, then 6.25% every 3 months over 4 years Annual Stock Award: 0 – 22k$/year, awarded at rewards cycle annually. Does someone knows how to evaluate the RBI x 5 and CBI x 3? FYI - > than 15 years experience in marketing, e-commerce, data & e-crm manager,.. Tnx!
