Microsoft L62 negotiations
What do you think is realistic to ask for L62 at MSFT. Marketing role on the Microsoft ads Sales team. I have 9 YOE, my current compensation is $190k (company benefits are not very good). Location is Seattle. Are you SDE ? You can ask way more than you listed. I have better offer for 61
I'd ask for 200 TC, if you are already at 190, that's not a huge differential and is reasonable
I talked to a friend who got L62 offer recently. His offer was base $130, RSU 40k. He was leveled up from 61 to 62. His YOE is less than mine. I wonder if marketing role can get that much more.
