Microsoft L62 or Amazon SDEII?
Got verbal offer from both, haven’t got the numbers yet, will update after. Both position is in Canada. Microsoft office mobile team TC: ??? Amazon fulfilment tech team TC: probably ~200k CAD Also passed HC at Google but there’s no head count left in Canada, need wait for team match and HR told me it probably takes few weeks to months.

Wait for Google. SDE2 is 61-62, so L62 is 0.5 higher than the midpoint. The promo to Senior would be easier and a smaller leap at Microsoft. I’m assuming this is Vancouver office for Msft...
But don’t know when there will be a headcount for me and I assume both of my other offers have deadlines.
I saw some other posts where people were in the same boat as you. They were recommended to take up one of the current offers and then wait for Google's Headcount to be replenished. Did you pass HC for L3 or L4?
It’s a L4 SETI position. In that case, am I blacklisted by that company?
I can't comment on that since I haven't done it before. Maybe someone else from Amazon or Microsoft can comment on that Speaking of SETI@Google, did you interview for a SWE position or a SETI position? Just wondering since the other ones are SDE offers
