It's a fine offer. Remember that marketing is on a slightly lower scale than engineering. There is room to negotiate though. No reason you can't push this offer to $170k base, $40k sign on, and $100k stock.

That's a really good offer. I don't know how other roles pay at Microsoft, but that's roughly the same as what a PMM at Zendesk would make

I received an MS Azure offer as well. Here is the breakdown: 160k Base, 25k signon, 75k stock over 4 years. I plan to negotiate for stock and joining.

160k base is great for a L64@msft.

It's fantastic for the marketing ladder - the pmm I work with is 63 with a 140k base and got 20k stock when she joined at l62
