I’m currently M1 @FB. TC is 850k at my 3rd year @FB. I don’t see an opportunity to grow to M2 in a couple of years and my TC may collapse after my 4th year to 650k ish unless I get AE. A Microsoft recruiter reached out and we are discussing a L67 principal manager role. But, the recruiter is a bit shady and doesn’t share an offer range and a target yearly RSU refresher. Has anyone recently gotten a L67 offer from Microsoft? Could you share some details? Also, what is a target bonus and RSU refresher amount? What are performance multipliers to bonus and a refresher? The position is in Seattle.

Target bonus is 30%, target refresher is ~170K. Both x2 for top performance. Did you join FB as M1? What was your initial stock grant?
I joined as e6 and moved to m1. The initial grant was 1m.

I highly doubt MS will match your current compensation. It’ll be difficult matching even your comp after cliff. But on the plus side wlb will be better if you care about that
Wlb could definitely be a factor. My life has been hard. I would consider moving when a cut is reasonable.

I have hired L66 at 500 and seen offers at 520 max. Imagine L67 can be around 600-700.
L67 is a senior director role. Even though the data points are too less, max on levels.FYI is 650k in Washington
levels.fyi is a good source to learn current TCs, but not a good source to learn offer details. Many TCs reported there include stock appreciation.

Base 240-280k, 40% target bonus and rest stock.
L67 bonus is 30% target and 130-160k refreshers for target performance. Base prob similar to yours. I think L67 have access to deferred compensation too.
What is deferred compensation? Is it something similar to additional equity at Facebook, which directors give out for a retention purpose?
It's one of those executive level benefits. I think you can defer part of your salary until you retire from Microsoft. The idea is that you're earning too much now, so you defer part of the income until you're retired and at a lower tax bracket
L67 IC here. You can get 240-270 base. 30% target bonus. 168k is target refresher. Though joining stock will be more and based on your negotiations. I have seen 1 million joining grant over 4 years. You could get more.
