Total YoE - 15 (10+ at Apple, now ICT4) Level 64 Base - 198k RSU - 160k vesting over 4 years Sign on bonus - 30k Annual stock refresher - 40k to 80k Annual Bonus - 15% to 30% EDIT: The actual TC is 280k, I’ve miscalculated the RSUs. Didn’t know msft could go this high at 64. This would be 65+ comp since 66 caps out at 450.
Looks like I’ve miscalculated the TC, it’s off by about a 100K.
Ok, that makes sense now. I would gladly take a pay cut and join as 64 if they were paying 380 😂

160K RSU is every year or totaling for 4 years?
160K is initial grant at offer vesting over 4 years. Annual refreshers are between 40-80K according to the recruiter.
Thats across 5 year FYI (40-80K, mostly 40) your TC is off by 100K. You are not getting cash bonus and stocks refresher this year, its assigned in September and cutoff to join is May maybe. This year only signon cash and sign on rsu Y1 TC = 198+40(RSU On hire grant) + Y1 Sign On Cash+ Earliest Cash Bonus you will be paid is on Sep 15th 2025*
