160K is initial grant at offer vesting over 4 years. Annual refreshers are between 40-80K according to the recruiter.
Thats across 5 year FYI (40-80K, mostly 40) your TC is off by 100K. You are not getting cash bonus and stocks refresher this year, its assigned in September and cutoff to join is May maybe. This year only signon cash and sign on rsu Y1 TC = 198+40(RSU On hire grant) + Y1 Sign On Cash+ Earliest Cash Bonus you will be paid is on Sep 15th 2025*
