What is the best way to land MS PM interviews? I have applied to several PM-2 roles on MS website with referrals but haven’t received even one interview. Currently studying at University of Washington, Seattle, interned as a Sr. PMT at AWS. YOE: 3 #pm #product #productmanager

Microsoft is a mom-and-pop place; unless you know the HM from a Diwali / Hoili party, do not expect a shortlisting. Talent is almost always deprioritized in favor of nepotism.
