Yeah, good luck getting the job with that. I got offered L63 at Microsoft a couple years back. I have a PhD and 10 YOE. I did not accept their offer.
I was a principal at Microsoft with 8 yoe + MS in CS.
You can’t land it with 6 . HMs are flooded with applicants with 10, 20, 30 years xp. It’s theoretical only.
