Microsoft Response time after onsite
I Had 5 onsite interviews before two weeks at Microsoft. Recruiter is not responding to any emails? Am I already rejected or there is still a chance?
Most likely, you didn't make it. My wife got an informal acceptance from the hiring manager on the night of her interviews.

Most likely they have put you in a low priority queue. Go interview elsewhere. Its not worth it anyway. Even if you end up with an offer, it will be lowballed so much that you'll end up paying them money every month.
They usually reply back within 2 days for offers, else it's probably not gonna happen, I heard the results right after interview
Tell them that you will be moving on with other offers/interviews next week, see what happens. If nothing- move on.
Recruiting is the core incompetency around which Microsoft builds all of its other incompetencies.
Both times I've interviewed there I've had an offer on the spot. I figured that's how it works?
