Microsoft SE-2 Resume not getting shortlisted
I have been applying to google uber amazon, but no calls from anybody. I am not receiving in mails on LinkedIn as well. But i see some of my friends getting call from Meta London and what not. Suggestions please! #tech Software Engineer-2 India

Same issue. Last I interviewed was back in 2021. Since then never got picked. Didn’t have issues with other companies, just Microsoft. Even with lots of openings
